Dear Glendalough Manor Staff,
I wanted to drop you a note to express my thanks for helping Emily and Max's wedding day so wonderful.
The ballrooms were beautiful and the food delicious. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the facility is as well as the polite and courteous wait staff.
My sincere thanks to Jaylyn for helping us put the whole ceremony and reception together as well as the event staff that executed everything perfectly. Emily and Max had so much fun and I was able to enjoy our guests. Not having to worry about anything that day made it so memorable and relaxing for me. I can't thank you enough!!
I can highly recommend your business to anyone planning an event. Glendalough Manor is a great asset to the southside of Atlanta.

I want to take the opportunity to thank everyone at Glendalough Manor for making my daughter's wedding a "perfect wedding." We knew that when we booked with Glendalough it would be a beautiful wedding.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. Jaylyn, Nicole and Debbie were such pleasures to work with. They always had a smile on their face and were very accommodating. I will miss working with Jaylyn. She is a joy to be around.
I was very impressed with the whole staff; they were extremely professional and polite and went far beyond what I would have ever expected. I especially want to mention one incident. I had purchased a sign to be placed on the back window of the limo. I did not realize how tedious it was going to be to place that sign as each and every letter had to be individually rubbed on... not at all what I had expected. It was taking a long time to do and I had told Debbie and the other staff members who were helping her not to worry about it, we could just prop the sign up to get a picture. They were all determined to place that sign on the window, just as if they were doing this for one of their own family members. When the task was completed, the letter "K" for Kristina was missing part of the letter. One of the young gentlemen went back inside, went through the trash and found the decal sheet, found the part of the missing "K" and brought it outside to complete the look. I was amazed. They all went above and beyond what I would have expected and I wanted to let you know how very fortunate you are to have such wonderful people working at Glendalough. Our phone is still ringing with compliments about the wedding and how delicious the food was, how beautiful the facility was and how polite all the people were. They were impressed at how smoothly everything flowed that night... just as it should. Not one mishap to mention. Thank you again for such a perfect night. Deborah Brown, mother of bride.

My experience at Glendalough was absolutely wonderful! The staff was very friendly and the grounds are immaculate!
The service was the best. Everyone was very helpful, courteous, and friendly.
I had very few issues, but when there was a problem, it was handled quickly and very professionally.
Jaylyn was AWESOME! I want to have another wedding, just to be able to work with her. She was so nice and very responsive. I couldn't have asked for more.
The vendor list was very helpful. Special thanks to Complete Music, Blueberry Spring, Simply Tasteful Cakes, and Stephanie Hamlet. All of my vendors were SUPERIOR! I loved every moment of it!
The grounds are GORGEOUS! My guests were all amazed.
I will definately be recommending (and using) GM for future events. It's just so beautiful.

Beautiful! Jaylyn did an excellent job the year we worked together. The night of the wedding reception,service was great,food was great, staff was great.

Having our wedding at Glendalough Manor was a great experience. We had the most beautiful weather, which made the already gorgeous grounds even more beautiful. And, with Jaylyn and Nicole directing the day, we didn't have to worry about anything!
Jaylyn was great to work with!

We've just received our pictures from The Image Makers and they did a fantastic job.
Everything else was very good.

It has been such a blessing to have you as our wedding coordinator! You have guided us and advised us through this whole process and more importantly, you have helped us enjoy planning our wedding day. I loved working with Jaylyn. Jaylyn was a joy to work with and gave us great advice! She was quick to answer my emails and she was open to my ideas as well as to give us some of her own. I could not have made it through the planning process without her!
I loved the billing process. Paying bu the month made it easier by spreading out the payments instead of writing one large check at the end. It made it easier on us to budget. I also liked the online accessibility, especially the budgeting tool. Being able to access our contract and all our wedding information from any computer was great. Working full time and planning a wedding is a challenge but having these tools helped us a great deal.

We were very pleased with everything for Sabra's wedding. Even the small details were planned and prepared for. I can't say enough. I would recommend your facility to my friends! Thanks for making Sabra and Kenneth's day so very special!
This was not an issue but wanted to say, there were some very small communication issues in the begining, but they were handled and corrected in a professional manner.
Jaylyn was awesome through out this entire event, from start to finish!
The Cake was awesome and exactly what Sabra had ordered. The photographer listened to her requests and had a very good sense of humor and easy to work with.
Food was good and presentation was fabulous!

Pilip and I just want to thank each of you for all that you did to make Shelley's wedding reception perfect! The food was absolutely perfect! We appreciate you serving my recipes and they were just right. The service was superb! The set up was beautiful! Everything ran so smoothly. We especially appreciate the Chick - Fil - A tea and nuggets also! You really went out of your way to make things perfect! It was truly a perfect fairy tale wedding!
